The #ChooseHome campaign is brought to you by a collaboration of people: (Josie Starkie, Dan Sargent, Ian Coupland, Ella Morgan, Elizabeth Scott and Cotton Cart) to spread a positive message of hope and to raise money for AgeUK so that it can help those who need support.

We wanted to find a way to turn staying home from a passive activity into something pro-active – to recast it as an act of defiance against this virus, and a display of love for our families, and the world at large. When you #ChooseHome you show you care.

The tshirt provider we use is  The tshirts are Softstyle by Gildan. These have been staple shirts for us for a long time – soft, durable, and a great fit.

Cotton Cart aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Then add on these estimated delivery times depending where you are:

  1. UK 1st class post – 1 or 2 working days in most cases
  2. Europe Airmail – 3 or 4 working days
  3. ROW Airmail – 5 or 6 working days

Please note that due to the current situation around COVID-19 there may be slight delays on your orders being delivered. Please allow 14 days.

Yes, we’re happy to ship anywhere in the world.

Very very rarely, Royal Mail or our international carriers deliver a bit slower than the promised times above. In those cases, here’s what to do:

  • Wait a couple of days – most parcels will turn up, even if it is a few days later than expected.
  • Check your local post office / sorting office in case they couldn’t deliver (especially if you live in flats or have a non-standard address).

The most common cause of delayed or non-delivered items is incorrectly or incomplete addresses.

If you are in the UK then Royal Mail will hold your order at the local delivery office for three weeks before returning it to us. This means it can take over a month to arrive back to us from when we sent it.

If you are outside the UK then you may need to be a little more patient. We regularly have undelivered items returned here 2 or 3 months after being dispatched. However, we will aim to resolve the issue before then. The best thing you can do to prevent this happening is make sure your address is as full and complete as possible.

Please note Royal Mail only consider parcels to be lost after 15 working days from the due date (not the posting date), so we can’t act until then.
